South African musician, Richard Wilson, although classically trained, played in numerous rock bands in South Africa, notably McCully Workshop and The Wright Brothers, before going it alone with his first solo album, REVERIE, in the 80's.
After a long spell at Sun City, South Africa, he moved to Paris, France, playing for two years at Casino de Deauville and Regines, Paris.
This led to engagements in Switzerland and Norway.
Richard now spends much of his time playing upscale resorts in Europe and elsewhere and onboard the luxury floating resort, The World.
Richard produced his second album, PLANETEER, in 2001 and his third album, ARCHIPELAGO in 2006.
When not travelling, Richard spends his time playing, writing, arranging and recording in Cape Town, South Africa.
